Return Policy
We will only accept unopened/unworn items in their original condition within 7 days of receipt of delivery. All black/red  hair ties/elastic(s) must still be attached and uncut and extensions must be unaltered. We will NOT accept altered extensions, extensions with broken hair ties nor extensions with cut or missing elastic(s). Please contact us to initiate a return or exchange.





If you receive an item that is defective we must be notified within 7 days. No items will be considered for exchange outside of the 7 day grace period.  To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-10 business days or per your financial institute.
