Can I come in to look at the hair prior to purchase?
Yes! However since we are also a service salon we recommend you book a consultation/ viewing appointment online to ensure we are avaliable to answer any questions you may have.
Do you except cash?
Currently All orders are placed online and we accept all major credit card payments.
Can I purchase Extensions online and pick up in-store?
Yes! Orders are usually ready within 2hrs. Please wait on a "ORDER READY" email from us before you head to the store. We will notify you when your order is ready. Please also check all folders for notifications.
How long is Processing / Shipping?
We process order M-F excluding federal holidays. Processing for in non color in-store pickups are generally 2-4 hrs. Orders placed online before 12pm ship same day.
