1) POLICY FOR RETURNABLE PRODUCTS.  Any non custom items (like Ready to Wear wigs, Ready to wear colored wigs, Blank Canvas Wigs and Non Colored Just styled wigs)

  • Eligibility Window: 14 Days including weekends from receipt of delivery date according to tracking to initiate inquiry (no item will be considered outside this window of time)

Wigs and hair extensions are considered a hygienic product, we have a condition standard that we uphold in order to be eligible for a return: 

  • Items must be in original, new condition with all tags, lace, and packaging intact.
  • The hair must not have been worn, brushed, combed, washed, cut, or altered in any way
  • Security ties must be uncut and untampered.
  • Items must be scent-neutral (no perfume, smoke)
  • Free from any product (gels, mouses, edge control etc) 
  • Once hair is installed it cannot be returned for any reason.

INSPECTION: We will not accept any item that does not meet above criteria and product will be returned to customer. Once we confirm condition of product we will contact you annd issue store credit typically take 24-48 hours after by email / sms.

RESTOCKING FEES: of 20% deducted from any order total that is cancelled after 2 hours of placing online or any order eligible for return. Furthermore the following 

  • Any order cancelled by our store due to customer not picking up order within 7days of pickup notification. (Please let us know if there is any delay) 

STORE CREDIT: must be use within 180 days after recieved

RETURN SHIPPING: Customer is responsibility for returning item to store and return shipping cost if we supply label. (we recommend shipping with insurance in the event of a lost package with courier to recoup value)

We want to make sure you are 100% confident in your luxury hair purchase from us. We're here to assist you with any questions you may have understanding our products, navigating our online store, and all your hair options prior to purchase. 

Please understand that due to the customization processes and unique nature of products specifically curated for a customer ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE  

NO RETURN FOR ANY REASON. 
However if there is a concern with your color or cut please contact us immediately so we can investigate and provide an amicable solution.
